The Kink Upper Gyro cable is a uniquely designed dual cable system. The two ultra smooth pre-stretched inner wires are combined into a single casted lever lug, which brings the smoothness & stiffness of the dual cable system to traditional brake levers w/out any protruding parts. Works w/ most brake levers, including the Kink Restrain II. This cable does not work w/ the original Kink Restrain lever.

Note: Please remove your brake lever's barrel adjuster before using this cable.

Not a fan

I'm not thrilled with this design. The piece of the cable that replaces the barrel adjuster, wiggles around (no matter how tight you get the cable). I like that the cables are thick, and has a round end. Also, I like that Kink is trying to get rid of all the unnecessary parts that make noise on your bars. If Kink redesigns the piece that goes into the barrel adjust slot, this would be a higher rating.
